The latest peanut butter scare has everyone worried, and it only strengthens the case for Organics. A Boulder, Colorado company called
Justin's Nut Butter makes organic peanut butter and they have reported that their sales have gone through the roof lately. Because they use all organic ingredients, they are completely seperate from the rest of the peanut butter industry and their peanut butter is safe for consumption..healthy too!
A few more reasons to eat organic can be found in an article written by Maura Judkis (U.S. News & World Report)on MSN's Health and Fitness site called
'Not Just HFCS and Peanut Butter: 10 Other Risky Foods'. It is a pretty scary article describing the risks of eating non-organic foods and includes descriptions of the chemicals used in conventional produce and other items.
